If you have a specific operational problem you want solved with AI: automating a workflow, building a model, integrating an AI system into your business, that's AI Consulting. If you need ongoing technical capacity inside your team, engineers, data scientists, AI specialists who work your hours and report to you daily, that's Talent Outsourcing. Many of our clients use both: we'll help you figure out the right starting point on the discovery call.
Do I need a fully scoped project to talk to you?
No. Most clients come to us with a problem or an ambition, not a spec. Part of our job in the first few conversations is helping you shape the right scope — what to tackle first, what to defer, and where the highest-leverage opportunity actually sits. If you only have a rough idea, that's the right time to talk.
How do you price engagements?
AI Consulting is typically structured as either fixed-scope projects or retained advisory, depending on what fits the work. Talent Outsourcing is a transparent fixed fee placement or consolidated monthly compensation for each hire, with no lock-in. We'll always walk you through the commercials before you commit, and there are no setup fees to talk to us.
We're not a technical team. Can we still work with you?
Yes — a good portion of our consulting work is with non-technical leaders who know their business inside out and want AI to actually deliver against it. We translate between the business outcome and the technical build, and our deliverables are measured in shipped software, not slide decks.
